Our technology integration team is happy to announce our partnership with Clever. With Clever our student data is entered in only once and then Clever can create accounts with their partners – Click here to see who they are partnered with. The purpose of Clever for us in the Cupertino Union School District was to create teacher and student Google accounts under our Google Apps for Education domain. We now have more and more teachers that are wanting to use Google in their classrooms – which is great! However, having one (or even two) people manage all of those Google account creations and troubleshooting is just too much. Thanks to Clever we were able to create nearly 19,000 accounts in just two days!
Clever runs an update for us everyday, so if a student moves into our district it will take a short amount of time for the system to create their account. THANK YOU CLEVER!
